PSL Quality Assurance will audit selected suppliers commercial and manufacturing operation to ISO9000 standard to ensure the supplier is capable of meeting the customer’s expectations regarding the selected products.

will review preparations for incoming material control, production start
and monitor the production process for quality, quantity and timing
against your required shipping schedule. |

Production on-line review |
Our inspectors are also available to monitor and inspect, by random sampling, the raw material and components to be used in production.
As soon as the
first product comes off the production line, our inspectors are there to
check for any defect or deviation in quality and then suggest practical
ways to control the product quality during production. |

PSL will progress with you and your supplier to determine the agreed quality standards and keep you informed of product shipment availability.
When the shipment is complete PSL will visit the manufacturer's site to sample inspect the goods to ensure compliance to your requirements and promptly email you the inspection results for your consideration of shipment release.
You may link your supplier payment with the
issuance of our shipment release certificate. |
